Our Journey
Founded in 2010, Chemplanet Scientific Solutions began as a small technical mass spectrometry, chromatography, analytical method development and validation chemical consultancy company in Cape Town, South Africa. What started as a team of three passionate senior mass spectrometry and chromatography scientists has grown into Southern Africa's leading advanced analytical equipment and laboratory solutions provider, serving clients across multiple industries and countries.
Our journey has been driven by a commitment to scientific excellence, innovation, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by laboratories across the African continent.
Founding Year
Three senior mass spectrometry and chromatography scientists establish Chemplanet Scientific Solutions in Cape Town, focusing on analytical method development and instrument calibration.
First Major Contract
Secured multi vendor spectrometry, chromatography, and spectroscopy dealerships and partnerships agreements, expanding operations across South Africa.
Regional Expansion
Opened service centers in Durban and Pretoria, establishing national footprint.
SADC Expansion
Began operations in the whole of SADC region.
